Prof. Jing Jin

East China University of Science and Technology, China

Jin Jing is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at East China University of Science and Technology. She serves as Deputy Dean of the College, Deputy Director of the Medical-Engineering Convergence Innovation Center, and Director of the Center for Intelligent Computing. She has been selected for the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program, and is a Distinguished Professor under the Shanghai Eastern Scholar Program, a Shanghai Shuguang Scholar, and Chief Expert of the Shanghai Academician (Expert) Workstation. She serves as Vice Chair of the Brain-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence Branch of the International Association of Neurorestoratology, Vice Chair of the Medical Neural Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, and Vice Chair of the Visual Cognition and Computing Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics. She also serves as Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for ten SCI journals, including Journal of Neural Engineering (JNE), Neural Networks, and Journal of Neural Medicine (JNM). Her research focuses on brain-computer interface technology. She has led more than 20 national and provincial/ministerial projects, including key projects under the National Key R&D Program for Science and Technology Innovation 2030 and Shanghai Major Special Projects. She has published more than 180 papers in journals such as JNE, IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering (TNSRE), and IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering (TBME). She has received the First Prize of the Wu Wenjun AI Natural Science Award, the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Chinese Association of Automation, the Second Prize of the Shanghai Natural Science Award, and the inaugural Hua Nao Award for Outstanding Young Scholar in China’s Brain-Computer Interface field. Her work was selected among the “Hua Nao – Top Ten Advances in China’s Brain-Computer Interface 2024.”

Prof. Le Wu

Hefei University of Technology, China

Le Wu is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Hefei University of Technology. He has been selected for a National-Level Young Talent Program. His research interests include personalized recommendation, interpretable and fair user modeling, and applications of causal inference. In the past five years, he has published more than 50 papers in leading international journals such as IEEE/ACM Transactions and at top international conferences including NeurIPS, SIGIR, WWW, KDD, AAAI, IJCAI, SDM, ICDM, and CIKM. He has presided over dozens of national, provincial/ministerial, and industry collaboration projects, including key projects under the National Key R&D Program for Science and Technology Innovation 2030 – New Generation Artificial Intelligence, and General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Wu serves as a reviewer for multiple international journals and has served on the program committees of more than 20 international conferences, including as a Senior Program Committee Member.

Prof. Wen Yang

East China University of Science and Technology, China

Wen Yang received her Ph.D. in Engineering and is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor. She is a Shanghai Shuguang Scholar and a recipient of the Shanghai Talent Development Fund. She has been honored as an Outstanding Communist Party Member, May Fourth Youth Medalist, and Campus Rising Star at East China University of Science and Technology. She serves as a Member of the IFAC Technical Committee on Complex Large-Scale Systems and as a Member of the Information Fusion Branch of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Her research focuses on industrial internet information security, information fusion, state estimation, complex networks, and cooperative control. She has published more than 80 SCI/EI papers, including nine in top automation journals (Automatica and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control). She has led 18 national, provincial/ministerial, and enterprise projects, including two General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and projects under the Joint Fund of the Ministry of Education and the Equipment Pre-Research Program. Her research outcomes have been applied in platforms of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, State Grid, and other enterprises. She received the ZTE Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation High-Value Project Award and the Grand Prize of the SODA Cup, a core competition in the China Open Data Innovation Tour. Her work “Multi-Source Information Estimation Theory and Resource Optimization Methods for Complex Environments” received the Second Prize of the 2019 Shanghai Natural Science Award (First Completer).

Prof. Jian Shen

Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China

Jian Shen is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor, and Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. His research interests include public-key cryptography, data security, and blockchain. He is a National-Level Leading Talent, Chief Scientist of a National Key R&D Program, and a member of a Zhejiang Provincial Leading Innovation Team. He has received the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education Natural Science Award (ranked first) and the Excellent Young Scholar Award of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research. He was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Excellent Young Scholars. He has led three major national projects, including a National Key R&D Program project and a NSFC Joint Key Project. He has published more than 100 high-quality academic papers and has been listed among the World’s Highly Cited Researchers for five consecutive years. He currently serves as a Member of the Security Protocol Committee and the Big Data and AI Security Committee of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research, a Member of the Cyberspace Security Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and an Executive Committee Member of the Blockchain Committee of the China Computer Federation. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Board Member for several international journals and as Chair for multiple international academic conferences.
